Sr Field Service Engineer

We operate from a home base in the village of Sanwat, which is in the Nilokheri tehsil of Karnal district, Haryana. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities, but it’s where we coordinate all of our field service engineering work. Since we are field engineers, we spend most of our time on the road, traveling to different sites to handle technical issues and repairs. Sanwat is where the paperwork happens and where we keep our supplies. It’s a family-run kind of atmosphere here, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in Delhi. We handle everything from here, from answering the phone to scheduling the next trip out to a client. Being in a rural area means we have a different perspective on things. We value the time we spend working with our hands and actually seeing projects through to the end. The office itself is simple and doesn't have any flashy signs or modern decor. It’s just a place to get the work organized. We’ve been part of this community in Karnal for a long time, and everyone knows us by name. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just do the work, and usually, people hear about us through their neighbors or other businesses. It’s a practical way to live and work, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
