Our office is situated at B-8/10A in Syam Vihar, Phase-II. It is a quiet part of New Delhi, which we actually prefer for getting our work done. The building is a standard residential-style block where we’ve taken up a space. It’s not a big corporate tower with a lobby and security guards. Instead, you just walk up to the door and knock. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee mugs. We aren't big on interior design, so the walls are mostly plain. We focus on the tasks we have for the day rather than how the office looks. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power flickers, which is just part of living and working in Delhi. We just deal with it and keep going. There are only a few of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day someone might be filing papers, and the next they are helping with a bigger project. We don't have a strict hierarchy where nobody talks to the boss. We all sit in the same room and figure things out as they come. It’s a practical environment. We like the pace of Syam Vihar. It allows us to focus without the constant noise of the main city streets drifting in through the windows all day.
