Splendor Space Management Services

We are Splendor Space Management Services. Our main office is on the 5th floor of the Splendor Forum building at Plot No.3. We take up Units 501 through 511, so it’s a pretty decent sized space right in the Jasola District Centre. Even though it’s a big office building, it feels pretty normal once you get inside our unit. We have a lot of desks and some storage cabinets for all the maintenance files we have to keep track of. Looking out the windows, you can see the rest of the district centre and all the traffic moving below. Managing spaces means we are always dealing with schedules, cleaning crews, and repair logs. There’s usually a stack of clipboards near the door and someone is always on the phone talking about a leaky pipe or a broken elevator somewhere else. We have a small break area where the kettle is always running. It’s not a very quiet place because there is always someone coming in or going out to check on a property. The elevators in Splendor Forum can be slow during lunch time, so we usually just stay at our desks. We don't do any flashy marketing; we just focus on the logistics of keeping buildings running. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls, really. It’s just a group of us working in a high-rise to make sure everything in the units we manage stays in decent shape.
