Located in Shahdara, specifically at Ram Nagar Extn on Mandoli Road 1004419, our place is a bit of a landmark for the locals. It’s a long road and we are right in the thick of it. We deal with mobile phones and all the technology that goes with them. The shop is narrow, so if three people come in at once, it feels very full. We have a lot of posters on the walls that have been there for a long time. The desk where we do the repairs is covered in small tools and magnets. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a job because someone needs their phone back for work the next morning. It gets quite noisy with the Mandoli Road traffic. We drink a lot of water because it gets dry in here. There’s a small clock on the wall that is five minutes fast, but we never bother to fix it. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just do the work that needs doing. My son helps with the inventory sometimes after school. It’s a family-run kind of thing. We like the neighborhood and the people who live here. It’s just a regular shop doing regular things for the people of Shahdara.
