Spice Hot Spot

You can find Spice Hot Spot at Satya Niketan 9. Since we are right near the colleges, the area is always full of students walking around and hanging out between their classes. It is a lively place to be, though it gets quite noisy sometimes with all the traffic and chatter. Our shop isn't anything too fancy, just a local spot where people come when they are hungry or looking for something quick. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area or standing near the front waiting for the next person to walk in. The menu is simple and we try to keep things moving fast because students are always in a rush to get to their next lecture. Sometimes we run out of specific items toward the end of the day, which can be a bit annoying, but we just deal with it. The space inside is a bit tight, especially when a big group of friends comes in all at once. We have got some basic tables and chairs, nothing that looks like it belongs in a glossy magazine. It is a real place with real people working hard. We have seen many batches of students come and go over the years. Some of them still stop by to say hi when they visit the area again. Satya Niketan 9 has been our home for a long time. We just keep our heads down and focus on making sure the food is ready.
