Our place is over at B-102/1 in the Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-1. It’s an industrial spot, so there are always trucks and workers moving around. Prakash Masala Co. Pvt. Ltd. has been here for years. You can usually smell the spices before you even reach the door. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s an industrial unit where the real work happens. We grind, mix, and pack everything right here. It’s a bit noisy with the machines running, but we’re used to it. Naraina is a good place for a business like ours because everything is close by. We have our regulars who come to pick up their orders directly. The team is mostly local people from around this part of town. We just focus on the masalas. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even though we’re a private limited company on paper. We don't spend money on big ads. We just make sure the spice blends are the same as they’ve always been. The building is solid and has seen a lot of work over the years. We keep the floors clean and the bags stacked high. It’s a busy life in Phase-1. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in. That’s just part of the deal. We take pride in the fact that we’ve stayed in the same spot for so long. It’s where Prakash Masala belongs. We just keep our heads down and keep the grinders moving every single day.
