Daroowalla Bros. & Company

We’ve been here at Shop No. 28 for a good while now. Daroowalla Bros. & Company isn't a huge place, just a regular spot on the first floor of the Ganpati Complex. If you know Vasant Kunj Road, you know how Mahipalpur gets during the day. It is always busy with people moving around and cars honking outside. Our shop is tucked away up the stairs. It’s not one of those shiny new offices you see in the magazines. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the desk in the corner has been there since I started. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home. Most folks around here know the Ganpati Complex. It’s got that old-school feel where everyone sort of knows each other. Being on the first floor is alright, though carrying heavy stuff up can be a bit of a pain some days. We don't really do much fancy talk here. If someone comes by, we talk to them like normal people. It’s just how things are at Daroowalla Bros. & Company. You won't find any big slogans or anything like that on our door. Just the name and the room number. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. It’s a practical place to work, and we like it that way. No big corporate vibes here, just us.
