Sphinx Worldbiz Ltd is over at 208, Munirka, in New Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know how Munirka can be. It’s always loud and moving. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s not a massive campus, just a regular space where we have our computers and files set up. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking on the phone. The air conditioning hums in the background to keep the Delhi heat out, which is pretty much a necessity here. We’ve got a mix of people coming in from all over the city, using the metro or buses to get to the office by nine. It’s a lot of digital work, so the atmosphere is generally quiet except for the clicking of keyboards. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything like that; just a small area where we eat our lunch and have some water. Being in New Delhi means things happen fast, and we try to keep up with the flow. We aren't trying to be the most famous company in the world. We are just a group of professionals doing our bit in Munirka. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, or the traffic outside gets so loud we have to close the windows tight. It’s just the reality of working in this part of the city for us.
