Our office is over in Pitampura, right on the first floor of CU-71. Spc Engineers Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us who like building things and figuring out how structures work. Being in New Delhi means it's always busy outside, but once you get upstairs to our floor, it’s a bit more focused. We deal with blueprints, site plans, and lots of technical drawings every day. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of back and forth with contractors and making sure everything meets the local building codes. We ended up in this part of Delhi because it's central enough for us to get to different project sites without spending all day in traffic, though the traffic is still pretty bad. We don’t have a big receptionist or a lobby with marble floors. It’s mostly just desks covered in papers and coffee mugs. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, and we’ve learned that the most important thing is just showing up and doing the math right. Engineering takes a lot of patience, and we have plenty of that. Some days are long, especially when deadlines are tight, but that’s just the nature of the business. We keep things pretty simple here. We aren't interested in fancy talk or big promises. We just want to make sure the projects we work on are solid and done the right way. That is what we do every day at CU-71.
