We've been here at 220/227 Phase 3 for quite a while now. It's just a regular office space where Span India Pvt. Ltd. operates from every day. Most of us arrive around nine in the morning and get straight to work on whatever is sitting on the desk. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the tasks we have. We aren't a big fancy operation with glass walls and matching uniforms. It's more of a place where things actually get done without much fuss. Some of the guys have been here since the start, and we know the neighbors well enough. People often ask what we do, and it's hard to put into a short sentence because the work changes depending on what's needed that week. It’s a lot of paperwork and technical stuff mostly. We drink a lot of tea while we look at screens and talk about what needs finishing. The furniture isn't new, but it works fine for us. We just try to get through the list of things to do before it’s time to lock up and head home. There’s no big secret to how we run things; we just show up and do the job as it comes. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big project comes in. We don't really do big meetings unless something goes wrong. Mostly, we just talk across the desks. It feels like a normal workplace for normal people.
