Sonic Tool

Sonic Tool is on the first floor of Plot 71 in Dilip Vihar. We're in the Nilavati Extension area, pretty close to Sant Kabir School. If you hear the school bell, you know it's time for our lunch break. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a decent space. We deal with tools and hardware mostly. It's a lot of metal and heavy boxes. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or shavings. We don't spend much on decorations. There’s a calendar on the wall from three years ago that nobody ever took down. We like it that way. It feels like home. Our guys know their way around a wrench and a lathe. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just making sure the parts we send out are what people asked for. Sometimes the orders are small, sometimes they take up the whole floor. We just take them as they come. It gets hot in the summer, especially being on the top floor, but the fans help a little. We've got a small kitchen area where we heat up our tiffins. It’s a simple setup. We aren't looking to change much. Just want to keep the machines running and the customers coming back when they need something fixed or made. The building is a bit old, but it suits the work we do every day. It is just life in the workshop.
