Softech Services is based out of Rohini Sector-25, specifically at 6-A. It’s a small place but it works for what we do. The office has been here a while and it feels like home to most of us by now. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the big business parks, just a solid brick spot where we get our work finished. During the summers, the air conditioning struggles a bit but we manage. You’ll find a few desks, some old chairs that have seen better days, and plenty of coffee mugs scattered around. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, so the phone is usually ringing. Sector-25 is a busy part of Rohini, so there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes we stand near the door just to watch the traffic or talk to the guys in the neighboring shops. It’s a very local vibe. We don’t have fancy uniforms or scripted greetings. If you come by, you just talk to whoever is free at the moment. We’ve had the same staff for a long time, so we all know how each other works. It’s a simple setup. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We just focus on the services we provide and try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or trouble. It's a living.
