We've been here at Plot 21 in the Dilshad Garden industrial area for quite a while now. Softec India isn't some big fancy office with glass walls, it’s just us working out of 487/4. Most days are busy, dealing with the usual tech stuff and making sure things get done right. The industrial area can get pretty loud and dusty, but it’s where we started. People around here know where to find us if they need something sorted out. We don’t really do big ads or anything like that. It’s mostly just word of mouth from folks who’ve stopped by the shop. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we keep the doors open. We handle a lot of different things depending on what people walk in with. It’s a small team, just a few of us who know the ropes. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to finish the work on the desk and move to the next thing. You won't find us in a shiny mall. Dilshad Garden has been home for years, and we’re used to the rhythm of the place. It’s straightforward work. If you come by, you’ll probably see us knee-deep in parts or paperwork. That’s just how it goes here. We try to be helpful when we can. No fluff, just the daily grind at the plot.
