We are located at 18A/2 on the second floor over on New Rohtak Road. If you know where the Brahmkumari Ashram is in Karol Bagh, we are right across from there. Being on the second floor means we get a good view of the traffic moving toward the main market, which is usually a mess by noon. Snca Channel Management Private Limited is mostly about the back-and-forth of managing distributors and making sure the supply chain does not break down. It is a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks staring at screens. The office is not very fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files piled up in the corners. We have a small pantry where we make tea about four times a day because the Karol Bagh heat really wears you out. Working on New Rohtak Road means there is always noise from the horns and the people outside, but you get used to it after a week. We spend most of our time talking to vendors or trying to figure out why a shipment is stuck somewhere in transit. It is a busy atmosphere but not the corporate kind where everyone wears suits. We are usually just in our regular clothes, trying to get through the daily list of tasks. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, so we usually just stay up here once we arrive in the morning until it is time to head home.
