SMVD BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of H 402, which is on the fourth floor of Plot Number 54. This is part of the IVTH PRINCE CGHS in Indraprastha Extension. It’s a residential area mostly, so our office feels a bit more like a home than a cold business center. Being in North East Delhi, we are tucked away from the main central chaos, but there is still plenty going on. We work on various build-tech projects from this apartment-style office. It’s a lot of computer work, looking at designs and talking to clients about their building needs. Since we are on the fourth floor, it stays a bit quieter, which is nice when we have to concentrate on technical drawings. We’ve been here for a bit and have gotten used to the rhythm of the housing society. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a huge neon sign, just a small nameplate. We spend our days managing the logistics of construction and making sure the technical side of our projects is handled properly. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs, which keeps us moving. We just try to get through our list of tasks every day without too much fuss. It’s practical work for us, and we appreciate the steady pace of being located in the Indraprastha Extension area.
