Smartforce Services Private Limited

Smartforce Services is based in Vasant Kunj, specifically at HIG Flat No. 251 on the third floor of Block D-4. It’s a residential flat, so it definitely doesn’t feel like a typical office building. We have to climb the stairs every day since it’s on the top floor, which is a bit of a workout, especially in the Delhi summer heat. The office itself is just a regular flat that we’ve repurposed. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much tea and a living area where most of the desks are set up. It’s a nice neighborhood with plenty of trees around, so the view from the balcony isn’t bad when we need a break from the screens. We do various service-related work and tech support from here. It’s a small operation, just a handful of us working together. We don’t have any fancy boardrooms or reception desks. If someone comes by, they’re basically walking into our workspace. It’s a bit cluttered with papers and computer parts sometimes, but we know where everything is. We just try to keep up with the tasks and make sure we’re getting things done for the people we work with. It’s a quiet way to run things, away from the big commercial hubs, and we prefer the more personal feel of working out of a flat like this.
