Our place is at C-77 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase I. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of noise from trucks and heavy machinery nearby. It’s not the quietest spot to work, but it suits us just fine for what we do. We handle a lot of technical repairs and service work here. The space is basically one large room with a few wooden partitions. We have benches set up for testing equipment and a lot of spare parts stored in plastic bins along the walls. It’s a practical setup. We spend most of our time looking at circuits or figuring out why a piece of hardware stopped working. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, especially with all the electronics running at once. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things from being too dull. The tea man comes around at eleven and four, which is the highlight of the day for most of us. We don't have a fancy waiting area for customers to sit in. Most people just drop their stuff off at the counter and we call them when it’s ready to be picked up. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We focus on getting the job done right rather than how the office looks. We’ve been in Okhla for several years and know the rhythms of the area well. It’s a hardworking place and we fit right in.
