Our office is in the Indraprakash Building on Barakhamba Road, specifically unit 301 on the third floor. This is where SJYJ DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based. Being in Central Delhi, especially on Barakhamba Road, means we are right in the middle of everything. It is a tall building with a lot of other offices, so the elevators are always busy. Our space on the third floor is where we do all our developer work. It is a bit more formal than a street-side shop, but we still keep things pretty simple inside. We have a few rooms for meetings and a main area for the staff. The view from the window is just other buildings and the street below, which is always packed with cars. We spend most of the day coordinating different projects and looking over contracts. It is a steady pace of work. We do not have a flashy entrance or anything; it is just a functional office space. The building has been here a long time, so everyone in the area knows it. We like being central because it makes it easier to get to different parts of the city for meetings. It is a professional spot but without all the unnecessary corporate jargon. We just show up, drink our coffee, and do the work that needs doing until the day is over.
