You can find us at A 229 Kidwai Nagar East in New Delhi. This part of the city is quite orderly compared to some of the other districts. It is a government-heavy area, so there is a certain rhythm to the days here. Our office for Emaar Mgf Land Ltd. is just a regular building in the A block. We don’t have any massive billboards or neon lights. It is just a door with a small plate on it that you might miss if you aren't looking. Inside, it’s all about the work. We have our computers and the printers going most of the morning. The rooms are filled with the usual office stuff—pens that don’t work, half-empty water bottles, and piles of files that we are slowly getting through. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend eight or nine hours a day. We see the same people walking their dogs or headed to the market nearby every single morning. It makes the work day feel a bit more human and less like a chore. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or a high-tech lobby. We just need a place to sit and manage the land documents. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we are all in at once, but we get along fine. There is a window that looks out onto the street, which is nice for a quick break. It is just a straightforward office where things get done without any fuss.
