SIMANTHA HOME PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of Aya Nagar Extension in South Delhi. Our office is on the ground floor in F Block, which is handy because we don’t have to climb stairs all day. We mostly focus on home-related projects. It’s a small operation. We have a few people who handle the office work and a crew that stays out at the different sites. Aya Nagar is a bit of a maze if you don’t know it well, but we’ve been here long enough to know all the shortcuts. The work is steady, and we like it that way. We aren't looking to become some huge company. We just want to do good work on the homes we are helping with. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather is nice. When it’s pouring rain, everything slows down and we just wait it out at the office with some hot tea. We don't do the whole polished marketing thing. We are just regular people who know a thing or two about building and maintaining homes. We talk to our clients like normal neighbors. It’s a lot of coordination with different trades like plumbers and electricians. We just try to keep everyone on the same page. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s the reality of home construction. We just keep at it and do our best with what we have. There is always a lot to manage, but we take it step by step.
