We set up Shyonne Constructions Llp over in Vasant Vihar, specifically at B-1/10. South Delhi is a nice part of town, and being here in the 110057 area keeps us near a lot of the sites we look after. Our office isn't anything too crazy, just a functional space where we handle all the construction details and planning. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between this office and various project locations around the city. It's mostly just desks, a few chairs for guests, and plenty of folders filled with site notes and old receipts. We aren't the type to have a big corporate setup with a lot of staff. It's more about getting the job done than looking fancy. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the center of the city, which we appreciate when we have to sit down and do the hard math for a new project or look over blueprints. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their job. Usually, the coffee is a bit old and the printer is acting up again, but that’s just how a real office feels when you’re actually working. We don't spend money on expensive signs or slick brochures to hand out. Most of our work comes from just being around for years and doing what we say we will. It’s a basic operation. We handle the technical side of building things and try to keep our heads down. If you walk into B-1/10, you’ll find us doing exactly that, probably with a few rolls of drawings spread out on the table.
