You can find Shruti Software Pvt. Ltd. over at 6 E Rani Jhansi Road in the Jhandewalan Extension. This part of town is always moving, and our office is right in the middle of that energy. We spend our hours sitting in front of screens, mostly writing code and trying to figure out why things aren't running properly. It’s a software office, but it feels more like a workshop where we build stuff out of logic instead of wood or metal. The desks are usually covered in coffee mugs and some loose papers because we aren't the most organized bunch when we’re deep into a project. Jhandewalan is an interesting spot with a mix of different businesses, so lunchtime usually means walking out to grab whatever is quick nearby. We have a few rooms here where the team sits, and it gets pretty quiet when everyone is focused. Then someone will find a bug, and we all start talking at once. We don't have a big reception desk or a person in a suit greeting you. It’s just the people who do the actual work. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes for a second, and we all just wait it out. It’s just a normal workplace with regular people trying to finish their tasks before the day ends. We’ve been at this Rani Jhansi Road spot for a while, and it feels like home now.
