Shrimohan Buildtech Llp

Shrimohan Buildtech Llp is based out of Janakpuri. We are over at C 2 388, which is a pretty standard residential area. It's a nice change from the really crowded parts of New Delhi. We've been operating as an LLP for a bit, focusing on building projects around the city. Our office is just a part of the building where we keep all our records and meet with contractors. Janakpuri is a good place to be because everything is accessible. We mostly do small to medium construction jobs. It’s usually me and my partners figuring out where to get the best cement or how to finish a project on time when the workers don't show up. It happens more than you'd think. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our projects come from word of mouth or people seeing our signs at job sites. We just want to get the job done and move on to the next one. The office is quiet most mornings until the phones start ringing. We have some old desks and a computer that’s seen better days, but it works for what we need. Building things is what we know, so that is what we do. It’s a simple life and we are happy to be working in this neighborhood. We often share a meal in the office while we plan the next week's schedule. It’s just how we get through the long days together.
