You can find us in Shahdara, at H.No 1/7483 in Gali No 14. We are right in East Gorakh Park. It is a narrow street and can get quite dusty, but that is just how this part of Delhi is. We’ve been fixing computers and helping people with their tech problems here for a long time. The shop is small and usually filled with old monitors, keyboards, and CPU boxes stacked in the corner. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to sit. We do everything from fixing broken screens to installing software and cleaning out fans. People from the neighborhood bring their laptops in when they won't start up or when they’ve spilled something on them. It’s a lot of fiddling with small screws and circuit boards. We don't have a big fancy storefront. It’s just a room with a lot of tools and a soldering iron that is almost always hot. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what is just junk. Sometimes we have to tell people their old computer is finally dead, which is never fun. My brother and I run the place, so it is a real family business. We don’t have any big marketing plans; word of mouth in the Gali usually brings in enough work. We are just here to help the local folks keep their machines running.
