Sharma Modellers

Sharma Modellers operates out of Tughlakabad Extension at House No R Z 1/69, Gali No 2, Madhya Marg. If you walked into our space, the first thing you would notice is the smell of glue and the sawdust on the floor. We are always making something, so there are bits of wood, plastic, and cardboard scattered all over the place. Our tables are scarred from years of cutting and assembly work. It’s a messy place, but we know exactly where everything is located, even if it doesn't look like it to a visitor. The Madhya Marg area is always bustling, and Gali No 2 has its own unique energy. We have several shelves filled with models we’ve finished and some that are still half-done. It’s a hands-on kind of job, so our hands are usually a bit stained or dusty by the end of the shift. We don't have any formal uniforms or a fancy front desk. It’s just us in our regular clothes, hunched over our work under some bright lights. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to take a break and wait for it to come back on. During those times, we usually just sit outside for a bit of air. We’ve been in Tughlakabad Extension for quite some time now and like being part of the local mix of houses and small businesses. It’s just honest, manual work that we do day in and day out.
