Mangal Infotech

Our office, Mangal Infotech, is situated at DA-5 on the first floor along Vikas Marg in Shakarpur. Vikas Marg is one of the busiest roads in this part of Delhi, so the sound of horns and engines is constant from morning until night. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually jammed with cars and buses. We focus on information technology and have our desks lined up against the windows to get some natural light. The space is filled with the hum of computers and a couple of window AC units that struggle during the peak of the Delhi summer. We have a small corner where we keep our bags and lunch boxes. The floor is tiled but some of them are cracked from when we moved the heavy equipment in. Shakarpur is a hub for students and small businesses, so there’s a lot of energy in the air all the time. We often go downstairs to grab a chai or some snacks from the street vendors when we need a quick break from the screens. We don't really have a dress code; most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. It is an honest place where we try to stay on top of the work coming in. We leave the windows closed to keep out the smog, but the sunlight still comes through nicely.
