Hi Tek Ots Pvt. Ltd. is located on the ground floor over in Shakarpur, Laxminagar. Specifically, we're at U 154. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when we have a lot of deliveries coming in. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just pop their heads in and ask a question. We deal with technical parts and some other bits and pieces for businesses around here. Shakarpur is a crowded place, so there’s always a lot of dust and noise, but we’re used to it by now. The office doesn't have any big flashy signs. We just have our name on the door and a few desks inside. It’s a simple setup for a simple job. We’ve got a couple of guys who handle the tech side and someone usually sitting near the entrance to take messages. We don't have a big marketing plan or a fancy website. Most of our day is spent talking to regular customers and making sure the orders are correct. Laxminagar is a good spot for us because everything is close by. If a machine breaks or a part is missing, we just go out and find what we need. It's a practical way to run a business. We aren't trying to be anything we're not, just Hi Tek Ots Pvt. Ltd. doing our thing in this corner of the city.
