Our place is at Fact No.619-D/6-B in Shastri Gali. This part of the Vishwas Nagar Industrial Area is always crowded with people moving boxes and trucks trying to turn in the narrow lanes. Finding us can be a bit of a puzzle the first time you come down Pandav Road. Shahdara is a loud place especially during the day when the machines are running nearby. Lavanya Infotech is just a small setup inside this busy zone. We have some computers set up on long tables and wires running along the walls. It is not a fancy office. There is a ceiling fan that makes a clicking sound when it is on high speed. We spend most of our time staring at screens or trying to figure out why a piece of hardware is acting up. The light in the hallway flickers sometimes but we are used to it. The tea guy brings us glass cups twice a day and that is usually when we take a break. Working in an industrial area means there is always dust coming in from the window. We keep a cloth handy to wipe things down every few hours. It is hard work being here but we like the routine of the street. People know us by name around here because we have been in this spot for quite a while.
