Shaashvata Realty Private Limited is located at 264 Okhla Industrial Estate, right in Phase III. Being in an industrial area like this means there is always noise and movement. It is a very busy part of South Delhi. We work out of this office handling all sorts of realty matters. There are a lot of factories and warehouses around us, so we deal with a lot of commercial-type property questions. The office itself is functional. We have a few desks and a place to sit and talk. We aren't into the whole corporate image thing. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. Most of our day is spent navigating the Okhla traffic and meeting with people who have businesses in the estate. It’s a tough environment but we like the energy of it. Dealing with real estate here requires a lot of local knowledge about the blocks and phases. We’ve been here long enough to know the shortcuts and which offices to go to for different permits. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is necessary. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized among all the folders and files.
