Service Engineer

If you are looking for us, we are located at Kavattu House in Thrikkariyoor, which is just over in Kothamangalam. It is a quiet part of Ernakulam district, and we like it that way. The work we do as service engineers keeps us pretty tied to the bench most days. There is always a pile of things waiting to be looked at, from small gadgets to bigger household items. My workspace is a bit of a mess, honestly, but I know where everything is. Kerala weather can be tricky, so when it rains hard, we spend more time inside catching up on the backlog. I have been doing this for a long time and my hands show it. It is not a clean job, but it is satisfying when you finally hear a machine kick back to life after it has been sitting dead for a week. We do not have a big staff or anything, just a couple of us who know how to handle tools. People walk up to the house and call out when they need something looked at. We do not do much advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. It is a local life, and we are happy to be part of the community here in Thrikkariyoor. We just take it one job at a time and try to do right by everyone.
