Service Engg

Down here at Jharoda Kalan, Service Engg is located right near the E/1 Signal Bn Crpf area. It’s a bit of a specific spot in New Delhi-110072. To be honest, it’s not the easiest place for everyone to find if they aren't from around here. We’ve been set up in this Signal Bn area for a while, dealing with the daily grind. The work we do is pretty straightforward engineering maintenance. No one here wears a suit. We are mostly in our work clothes, usually covered in some grease or dust by noon. The atmosphere is quiet compared to the main city, which is nice for getting things done. We have our routines. Someone brings in a part, we look at it, and we figure out how to put it together. It’s not always fast, but we try to do it right. The office part is just a small corner with a fan that makes a bit of noise. We don’t have a website or anything like that, we just rely on people knowing where we are located. If you’re coming by, you’ll see we are just a regular bunch of guys working. There’s no big sign or flashing lights. Just Service Engg written on the door. It gets hot in the summers, so we keep the windows open. That’s pretty much us. We stay busy and keep to our corner of Jharoda Kalan and the Crpf area.
