SENSYS BUILDCON LLP

We’ve been running Sensys Buildcon LLP out of our office in Connaught Place for a while now. If you know the Outer Circle, you know how busy it gets around here. Our place is at H-69, on the upper ground floor. It’s a convenient spot for us because everything in Delhi seems to connect right through CP. We spend most of our days dealing with construction stuff and paperwork. It’s not always glamorous, honestly. Some days are just spent on the phone or looking at site plans while the traffic hums outside. We started this because we knew the building trade and wanted to do things our own way. Being in the heart of New Delhi means we see a lot of people coming and going. It’s a tight-knit team here. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a functional space where we get the work done. People usually find us easily enough since everyone knows the landmark. We handle a variety of build projects across the city, though we stay rooted here in 110001. It gets loud and the parking is a nightmare sometimes, but we like the energy of the area. We’re just regular folks trying to make a living in the construction sector. There’s always a lot to do, and we just take it one day at a time, making sure the projects move along as they should. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people finding out about us through word of mouth or seeing the sign when they walk by.
