You can find Iti Helpline at No. 54 in Rohini Sector 24. We are situated in a part of Rohini that stays pretty busy throughout the day. Our office is mainly focused on helping people with ITI-related queries and information. It is a small room with a few desks and a lot of documents. People are always coming in to ask about forms, dates, or how the whole process works. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting across from someone explaining the steps they need to take. It is not a fancy consultancy with leather sofas. We have plastic chairs for people to wait in, and there is usually a stack of flyers on the table. Sector 24 is a bit crowded, so finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The staff here is used to the pace. We deal with a lot of students who are just trying to figure out their next move. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the paperwork. The office can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we keep the door open to let some air in. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just give the information as it is. It is a very practical place with a very specific job to do every day for the people who come to see us.
