Adya Education Consultants operates out of A-10/11 A Kohinoor Apartments in Kalkaji Extention. It’s a residential-style setup which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building. We spend our days talking to students and parents about schools and courses. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. Kalkaji Extention is a busy part of town, so there’s always noise from the street, but inside the apartment, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and talking. We have a few desks set up and plenty of files shoved into cabinets. We’ve helped a lot of local kids figure out where they want to go for their studies. We don't promise anything crazy, we just look at the grades and the options and tell people what we think might work. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s a small team here. We drink a lot of tea while we go through application forms. People usually find us because a neighbor or a cousin told them we were here in Kohinoor Apartments. We don’t spend money on big posters or radio ads. We just sit here, do the work, and try to give honest advice. It’s a steady rhythm. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when deadlines are coming up, but we get through it. We aren't perfect, but we try to be helpful.
