Idp Education is located at 34/A, Popli Niwas, right in the South Ex part of Delhi. It’s a busy neighborhood and finding a parking spot can be a real headache sometimes, as anyone who visits this area knows. We have our office set up inside Popli Niwas, where it’s a bit more contained once you step inside from the street noise. Most of our day is spent talking to students and their parents about schools and moving abroad. We have desks covered in brochures and application forms, and there is usually a queue of people waiting to ask questions. It’s a lot of talking through the same steps over and over, but we don’t mind because every person’s situation is a little different. We are just a group of people who understand the paperwork and the hurdles involved in education. The office isn't overly decorated; it’s more about having enough chairs for everyone who comes in. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the afternoon slumps. South Ex is a central place to be, so we get people coming in from all over Delhi. We try to keep the atmosphere calm even when it’s busy. There’s no big corporate speech here, just us sitting down with folks and trying to help them figure out their next move. It’s a steady rhythm of meetings and phone calls from morning until we close up for the evening.
