We are located over in West Patel Nagar, at 26/122. Shibi B Mathai is the name on the records. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood with a lot of movement throughout the day. Our office isn’t hard to find if you know the area near the metro stations. We spend most of our time looking at forms and helping people figure out their next steps. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and talking on the phone. The office isn't anything special to look at, just four walls and a lot of folders. We’ve been helping folks around here for a good while. Some days are packed with people coming in and out, while others are pretty slow. We usually keep the chai kettle going in the back room. The furniture is a bit old but it’s comfortable enough for a long day. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. People mostly find us by word of mouth or seeing the sign when they walk past. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the paperwork and try to stay on top of the rules. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to close the windows tight. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door.
