Scarplos Apparels

Down at C-30 Okhla Phase- 1, that's where you'll find Scarplos Apparels. It’s an industrial area, so there are trucks moving in and out all day long. Our unit is tucked in there among all the others. It’s a busy environment, and it gets pretty loud with all the activity on the street. Inside, we’ve got our setup for making clothes. There are rows of tables and a lot of different fabrics stacked up against the walls. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Most of our work happens right there on the floor. I’ve been working here for a few years, and it hasn't changed much. We just focus on getting the garments finished. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and we usually order some food from the place around the corner. Scarplos Apparels isn't about looking glossy or corporate. We’re just a bunch of folks in Okhla Phase- 1 trying to do a good job. The air can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We don't use big words or have long meetings. We just look at the schedule and start working. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. It's a simple operation at C-30, and we like the routine of it all. We have been here a long time and the landlord is a decent guy who doesn't bother us.
