Sbdk Constructions Private Limited

We are located in North West Delhi, specifically in Shastri Nagar at E-2/258. Our office is on the second floor, so there is a bit of a climb to get up here. Shastri Nagar is a packed area, and it feels like there is always something happening right outside our door. Sbdk Constructions operates out of this space, and it serves us well for what we need. It’s a simple room with enough desks for the staff and a small area to sit and talk. We don't go in for expensive furniture or decorations because we’d rather spend that on the work itself. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long, from the street vendors to the traffic. It helps us stay connected to the real world outside. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the backup. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. We keep a lot of paper records because that’s just how we like to do things. It is a bit tight when we have more than a few people over, but we make it work. The second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is nice when you need a break. It is just a honest, hardworking environment where we try to stay on top of our projects.
