Saya Promoters & Developers Private

Our office for Saya Promoters & Developers Private Limited is located at B-7/45 in the Safdarjung Enclave Extension. This part of New Delhi is pretty well known and it is a good spot for us to be based. The building is a regular structure in a residential and commercial mix. We don’t have any big neon signs or anything like that. Inside, it is just a bunch of desks and some filing cabinets filled with property papers and plans. Safdarjung Enclave is a busy area, but our street is a bit tucked away so it isn't too loud. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons visiting various project sites around the city. The office is where we do all the boring but necessary stuff like payroll and permits. We have a small seating area for visitors, but most of our meetings happen over a desk cluttered with papers. The light in the office is okay during the day, though we had to add some extra lamps for the evenings. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors in the other blocks know us fairly well. It is a simple setup that works for what we do every day. We don’t see any need for a flashy corporate headquarters with a lot of glass. This place in the extension is enough for us to manage the daily operations. It feels like a real workplace where actual construction work gets planned.
