Our office at 71/5 Najafgarh Road is pretty easy to find since we are right opposite the Haldiram’s in Moti Nagar. It’s a very busy stretch of road in Delhi, and there’s always something happening right outside our window. Saurabh Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is a small operation that deals with construction and building matters. We have a modest setup here in the Karmapura area. It’s not a shiny corporate tower; it’s just a regular building where we get our work done. The noise from the traffic on Najafgarh Road is a constant background hum for us. We spend our hours looking over project plans and talking to suppliers. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and samples, and the coffee machine is probably the most used piece of equipment we own. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team to write fancy descriptions of what we do. We are just people who know about construction and work in the neighborhood. Most of our visitors come in because they saw our sign while stuck in traffic or they live nearby in Moti Nagar. We keep things honest and tell people what we can and can’t do without any fluff. It’s a practical way to run a business in a city that doesn't have time for nonsense. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay for much longer. The area around Karmapura is always changing, but we stay focused.
