We are located at E-38 on the Lower Ground Floor in Greater Kailash 3. It’s a bit of a quieter part of the neighborhood compared to the main markets. Being on the lower ground floor means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is definitely a relief. The office isn't huge, but we’ve made it work for Satish Khanna Associates over the years. It has a bit of a basement feel since the windows are high up, so we rely a lot on the overhead lights. It’s not a flashy place at all. We just have our desks, some old chairs, and piles of folders that we really should organize better. We don't have a big marketing pitch. We just do our daily work in the 110048 zip code. Sometimes it gets a little damp when it rains really hard, but we just put out a bucket and keep going. Most of us have been here for a while, so we know all the little quirks of the office, like which desk has the wobbly leg. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive coffee machines. We just have a basic kettle and some tea bags in the corner. It’s a very grounded, practical environment. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Delhi, we just want to get through our tasks and do a decent job for whoever needs us. That is the way we’ve always done it.
