Picl Pvt. Ltd. is based at No. 7/18 A in Sarvpriya Vihar. It’s a quiet residential area, which we actually prefer over the loud market districts. It makes coming to work a bit more peaceful. The office itself is part of a regular building, so it doesn't really stand out from the street. We’ve been operating out of this Sarvpriya Vihar address for a while. Inside, it’s just a normal office environment. We have our desks set up in a way that makes it easy to talk to each other without having to get up. There’s no big boardroom or fancy presentation screens here. If we need to discuss something, we just gather around someone's desk. We keep things very informal. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of rules to stay on track. We just show up and do what’s expected. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but mostly we try to keep a normal schedule. Picl Pvt. Ltd. isn't a massive corporation with thousands of employees.
