We are located over in Deeg, out near Ballabgarh in the Faridabad area. It is a bit of a drive out to the village where Shyam Lal's place is, but we have been here for a while now working on our technical parts. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. Mostly, we just keep our heads down and handle the work that comes in from the district. The road can get pretty dusty in the summer months and sometimes the electricity acts up, which is just how it goes around here. We have a small team of guys who know how to use the machines and they mostly just focus on getting things done right. It's practical work for practical people. When people come to visit, they usually have to call for directions once they get into the village because the street signs aren't always clear. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to for orders. Most of our day is spent out on the floor with the tools and the metal. It’s a quiet spot away from the main city rush of Faridabad. We just do what we do and try to stay busy enough to keep the lights on and everyone paid. It’s a basic setup but it works for us and the people we deal with on a daily basis.
