You’ll find Santlogic Software Solutions Private Limited over near the Akshardham Mandir. We are in Flat No-101, Tower No-7 of the Common Wealth Games Village in East Delhi. It’s a bit of an interesting place to have an office, being in a residential complex like that, but it really works for us. It’s a lot quieter than being right on a main road, which helps when we need to concentrate on coding and fixing bugs. We’ve been here for a while now, just a group of people who enjoy building software. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside. We just have our desks and computers set up inside the flat. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes, which is nice when you’re working long hours. We drink a lot of tea and talk through ideas when we get stuck on a difficult piece of logic. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just have work to do and we do it. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we’re up to with all the computers, but we’re just a tech company doing our thing. We don't have a lot of rules about what people wear or when they take breaks, as long as the projects get finished. We like the area, especially being so close to the temple. It makes the surroundings feel a bit better. We’re just local people trying to run a solid business and get things done for the clients who find us.
