Sankalp Technosales Pvt. Ltd. has been around for a while now. We are tucked away over at Plot No-38 in Phase-2, Quatab Vihar. It’s right by Goyla Dairy in Dwarka, pretty close to Sector 19 if you know the area well. Most days we’re just here handling the tech sales side of things. It gets busy, honestly. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and we're just trying to keep up with the orders that come in. We aren't fancy people at all. The office is just a regular place where we get the work done. People come in and out, asking about different parts or how things work. We try to answer as honestly as we can. Dwarka is a big place, but we feel like we know the neighbors okay. It's mostly just regular people working here. We don't have big speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the hardware and the customers who walk through the door. Sometimes the weather makes the commute a bit of a pain, especially near the dairy, but we make it in anyway. We’ve had some long days lately. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a small operation. We keep things simple because that’s what works for us and the folks who buy from us. We don't use much jargon. If someone asks for a specific part, we look for it. If we don't have it, we say so. It’s pretty straightforward really.
