Sanal Mobile

Sanal Mobile is in Ansal Chamber 2, specifically at number 19 in Bhikaji Cama Place. It’s a commercial area so there are always people around from the nearby offices. Our shop is quite small and we have filled it with mobile phones and a lot of accessories. We have things like chargers and screen guards everywhere. It’s a bit messy on the workbench because we are always fixing some phone or another. We have screwdrivers and small parts scattered around most of the time. People come in when they have a problem with their device or just want a new cover. It gets really busy during the lunch break when people come out of their offices. We try to work fast but some repairs take a few hours. The building itself is quite large, but our spot at 19 is easy to find once you are inside Ansal Chamber 2. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. We don't have any big signs, just the name on the door. It’s a simple business. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about their phone issues. Sometimes we can fix it right away and sometimes we can't. We just tell it like it is and let them decide. It’s a busy life in Bhikaji Cama Place and we are just one small part of it. We stay open until the offices close up for the night.
