Our small office for Samvardhit Buildcon Private Limited is tucked away in Vasant Kunj at 3599-D-3. It’s a quiet enough spot in a busy part of New Delhi. We’ve been running the business from here for a while, focusing mainly on local building projects. The office is where we do all the planning and keep our records. It’s not a large space, just enough for a couple of desks and some chairs for when we have meetings. We aren’t the type to have a polished reception area or a lot of staff in suits. Most of us are more comfortable in work boots out at a construction site. During the day, it’s a lot of back-and-forth communication between us and the crews on the ground. We deal with the usual stuff like late deliveries, budget tracking, and trying to keep the neighbors happy when we're working on a project. It’s a bit of a juggling act sometimes. Vasant Kunj is a great area, and we like being based here because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from this location. We don’t spend much on advertising; most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing our signs at job sites. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of working. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure every building we work on is solid and done right.
