You can find us at Flat No. 2060 in Sector-4A, Vsundhra. That’s in Ghaziabad, right in the heart of things. Samsung Engineer Service is what we do. It’s not a huge office building, just a flat where we’ve set up our workspace. It feels a bit more like a home than a corporate headquarters, which suits us just fine. We handle various service requests and technical engineering issues from here. Ghaziabad is a busy place, and Vsundhra has grown quite a bit recently. We see a lot of people moving in and out of the area. Our day starts early with a lot of phone calls and checking on the schedules. Since we are in a residential complex, we try to keep things quiet so we don’t bother the neighbors too much. It’s a simple setup. We have a couple of desks, some computers, and a lot of spare parts lying around. People often ask why we are in a flat, but it’s practical for us. We don't need a big storefront to do our job. We just focus on getting the service work done correctly. The commute around here is manageable if you time it right. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. It’s just about doing the work and showing up for the people who need engineering help in the UP area. We aren't big on talk, we just like to fix things.
