SAMPDA BUILDWELL PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is over in Chhattarpur Enclave at D-54. It’s located in the South Delhi area, which is always busy with new buildings going up. We are Sampda Buildwell Private Limited, and this is where we handle all the day-to-day stuff for our building projects. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy decor. We are more interested in what’s happening on the construction sites than how the office looks. Usually, we start the day early with a cup of tea and go over what needs to be done. There’s a lot of coordination with laborers and material suppliers. Sometimes the trucks show up late or the rain slows things down, so we spend a lot of time on the phone fixing problems. Chhattarpur has changed a lot since we started here, and it’s been interesting to be a part of that. We mostly stick to our local area for work because we know the land and the rules here. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things get a little chaotic with multiple projects running at once. We just try to stay focused and get things finished. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us looking over some plans or arguing about a delivery schedule. It’s just how we run things.
