We are located on the ground floor of Block 16 in Shakti Nagar, specifically at number 22. Being on the ground floor is nice because we don’t have to deal with elevators or climbing a lot of stairs. This business is all about the online side of the salon industry. We spend our days looking at numbers and how appointments are being booked through different systems. It sounds a bit specific, but there is a lot to it once you get started. Our space is pretty basic. We’ve got desks, some computers, and a small area where we have our lunch together. It isn't a showroom or anything fancy. We just handle the data part of things. The neighborhood in North Delhi is quite active, so there’s always people walking by our window during the day. We started this because we saw a need for better tracking in shops. It’s just us working through spreadsheets and software most of the time. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just try to make sure the systems work like they are supposed to for everyone involved. Sometimes we get stuck on a technical problem for hours, but that’s just how it goes with this kind of work. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business and help out the salons we work with. It’s a quiet, steady kind of job and we like the routine we’ve built.
